Booth designs & formats

Choose a footprint. We build around it.

Sizes shown are example layouts confirmed at project review. Depending on format: printed graphics, reception counters, lockable storage, lighting, integrated screens, and open meeting space.

10 by 20 PartWall inline booth with reception counter and display wall

10 × 20 inline booth

A wider backwall with room for an integrated screen, reception counter, storage and concealed services.

PartWall corner booth open to two trade show aisles

Corner booth

Open to two aisles for more visibility, with the wall, screens, storage and welcome point still coordinated.

PartWall island booth with a central integrated LED display wall

Island booth

A four-sided brand environment with a central feature wall, demonstration counters and open meeting space.

Rent for the show

Modular walls, counters and screens configured for your footprint, with graphics printed per show. Delivered, installed and removed after strike — nothing to store or ship.

Build to reuse

A custom-fabricated booth you own, with finishes to your specification. Reconfigure it for different footprints across a show calendar, with storage and reuse available between events.

Both paths are quoted per project — footprint, finishes and show schedule determine the recommendation.

What PartWall handles

One team from approved drawings to the empty booth space.

01

Design

We develop the booth from your brief, or work directly from your team's approved drawings and creative direction. Design & build

02

Fabrication

Walls, counters and features are built and pre-assembled before the show, with graphics and finishes checked against the approved artwork.

03

Delivery

Transport is planned around the venue's load-in windows, freight rules and access requirements, coordinated with show management.

04

Installation

Crews set the booth, connect screens and lighting, and walk it with you before show open. Venue-required services such as electrical and rigging are arranged where the venue mandates them. Setup & strike

05

Breakdown

After close, we dismantle, pack and remove the booth on the venue's strike schedule — and return owned properties to storage if you're reusing them.

For creative agencies & designers

Discuss a Production Project

  • One point of contact across fabrication, freight, venue coordination, install and strike.

Planning questions

Before you request a quote.

Can you build from our drawings?

Yes. Send approved drawings or a creative direction and we handle fabrication, delivery, installation and breakdown. Agency and design teams keep their design direction and their client relationship throughout.

Do you offer rental and purchase options?

Both. Rentals suit a single show with nothing to store afterward; custom builds are owned properties you can reuse and reconfigure across a show calendar. The quote review recommends the right path for your footprint and schedule.

Can you install and dismantle the booth?

Yes. Crews handle setup before show open and strike after close, coordinated with the venue's load-in and removal windows. Where the venue mandates services such as electrical or rigging, we arrange them as part of the project.

What information is needed for a quote?

The show or venue, event dates, and an approximate booth size are enough to start. Drawings, graphics direction and any AV or screen requirements help us quote faster — but none are required for first contact.

How early should we contact you?

As early as you can. Scope, artwork approval, fabrication requirements and venue deadlines determine the schedule, so early inquiries get the most options. Urgent work is reviewed individually — ask about a rush feasibility review.

Can a booth be adapted for future shows?

Yes. Modular systems reconfigure between footprints, and owned booths can be stored, updated with new graphics, and redeployed for the next show.
