Design intent
Send the drawings and the material direction. The review is about whether the wall can be built as drawn, and what has to change if it cannot.

Specification and samples
Finish, reveal, hardware, and equipment are confirmed before fabrication. Samples are arranged for the specific project.

Coordination
PartWall coordinates specialist fabrication, purchased components, and installation. The proposal states who is responsible for each part of the scope.

The building
Access, elevators, protection, working hours, and certificates of insurance are planned when the property requires them. They are confirmed for that address, not assumed.
PartWall is not a licensed architecture firm, and this page does not claim in-house fabrication of every component. The useful promise is one coordinated project, with the responsibilities written down.
