Show manual and service desk
Save the current exhibitor manual, identify the show organizer and general service contractor, and record where official service orders are placed.
Free exhibitor planning resource · Updated August 29, 2026
Use this before approving booth fabrication or committing freight. It turns venue rules, show deadlines and technical dependencies into one responsibility check.
Save the current exhibitor manual, identify the show organizer and general service contractor, and record where official service orders are placed.
Confirm the booth number, exact footprint, aisle exposure, height limits, setbacks, sightline restrictions and any hanging-sign rules.
Assign one approver and record graphic dimensions, file specifications, proof approval, production cutoff and delivery deadline.
Determine which tasks require venue labor and whether an exhibitor-appointed contractor needs advance approval, credentials or insurance documentation.
Choose advance warehouse or direct-to-show delivery, schedule required freight appointments, label every piece and document the return destination.
Map every outlet, circuit load, data connection and overhead element, then confirm who orders each required venue service.
List displays, mounts, players, resolutions, aspect ratios, content owners, backup files, network needs and the opening-state test plan.
Set delivery, labor-call, build, power-on, content-test and acceptance times with named contacts for issues during the show.
Document dismantle timing, packing order, inventory checks, damage reporting, carrier pickup and storage or next-show instructions.
For every deadline and service, name the owner: exhibitor, PartWall, organizer, venue, official contractor, carrier or another approved provider.
